Intraoral Scanner
What is it?
The intraoral scanner we use at ADN Polyclinic is an advanced technology device that transfers your teeth and mouth structure to digital environment quickly, comfortably and extremely precisely.
Instead of silicone or paste-like materials used in traditional measurement methods, a 3D digital model of your mouth is created in seconds by gently moving the scanner tip.

All-On-Four
The All-on-Four treatment is a comprehensive implant rehabilitation method applied in individuals who have lost all their teeth or whose existing teeth can no longer function properly. This technique is based on placing four implants into the jawbone at specific angles and constructing a fixed prosthesis on top of these implants. Angled placement of the posterior implants allows treatment even in cases with limited bone volume. The process begins with a detailed clinical and radiological evaluation. The patient's general health condition, jawbone density, and oral structure are analyzed to create a personalized treatment plan. In suitable cases, a temporary fixed prosthesis can be placed on the same day, helping the patient adapt more comfortably to the treatment period. Permanent prostheses are prepared after the healing process is completed. This method is a comprehensive solution that restores aesthetics, speech, and chewing functions.
Smile
Design
Smile design is an aesthetic planning process carried out by evaluating multiple factors such as facial structure, gum levels, lip shape, smile line, and the size, color, and alignment of the teeth. The aim is to achieve a natural, harmonious, and balanced smile in accordance with the individual's facial proportions. Digital applications, photographic analysis, and preview techniques like mock-ups can be used throughout the process, allowing the patient to evaluate the potential outcome before treatment is completed. The procedures included in smile design vary from person to person; while some may need only whitening or minor adjustments, others may require porcelain laminates, zirconia crowns, orthodontics, or gum contouring. The goal is to achieve an aesthetic and functional smile that aligns naturally with the patient’s facial expressions.
Dental
Implant
Treatment
Dental implant treatment offers a permanent solution for missing teeth through titanium structures placed into the jawbone. Implants act like natural tooth roots, providing support for fixed prosthetic teeth. They can be used for single-tooth loss, multiple missing teeth, or total edentulism. The process begins with a detailed bone analysis; implants can be placed immediately if the bone structure is suitable. A healing period is required for the bone to fuse with the implant, after which the prosthetic tooth is fabricated. Implants help restore natural chewing sensation and provide an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Regular maintenance and follow-ups are important for long-term success.
Zirconium
Crowns
Zirconia crowns are one of the most frequently preferred restoration options today due to their durability and aesthetic advantages. Their metal-free structure makes them highly biocompatible and compatible with the gums. Their light-transmitting properties resemble natural tooth enamel, providing a highly aesthetic appearance. Although commonly used in the anterior region, zirconia crowns also offer sufficient durability for posterior teeth. During preparation, the tooth is minimally shaped, and a digital impression is taken to design the restoration. Personalized zirconia crowns enhance both appearance and chewing function. With proper care, they offer long-lasting use and high color stability, making them a popular choice for patients with high aesthetic expectations.
Orthodontic
Treatment
Orthodontic treatment is a professional procedure used to correct misaligned teeth, jaw discrepancies, and bite problems. Many conditions such as crowding, spacing, protruding or retruded teeth, and jaw misalignment can be addressed with orthodontic techniques. Treatment options include metal brackets, aesthetic ceramic brackets, and clear aligner systems. The duration of treatment varies depending on the patient’s dental and jaw structure, the severity of the problem, and the chosen treatment method. Orthodontic treatment aims not only to improve appearance but also to optimize chewing function, reduce abnormal force distribution on the teeth, and maintain long-term oral health. The treatment process is closely monitored with regular check-ups and customized planning.
Root
Canal
Treatment
Root canal treatment is performed when the pulp tissue inside the tooth is damaged due to deep decay, fractures, trauma, or infection. During this procedure, the pulp is removed, the canals are shaped, and they are sealed with special filling materials. The goal is to preserve the natural tooth so that it can continue functioning in the mouth rather than extracting it. Thanks to modern devices and imaging systems, root canal treatment is performed in a more controlled and comfortable manner. Since treated teeth may become more fragile, they are often supported with fillings or crowns afterward. A properly completed root canal treatment allows long-term use of the tooth, and maintaining good oral hygiene significantly supports treatment success.
Dental
Filling
Dental fillings are basic restorative procedures used to treat material loss caused by tooth decay or fractures. First, the decayed tissue is removed with special instruments, and the cleaned cavity is shaped and filled with composite or another appropriate material. Composite fillings are especially advantageous aesthetically because they match natural tooth color. Fillings help restore chewing function while preserving the tooth’s natural appearance. Their longevity depends on oral hygiene habits, the location of the decay, the material used, and habits such as teeth grinding. Regular check-ups help ensure the long-term health of fillings.
Teeth
Whitening
Teeth whitening is an aesthetic procedure used to lighten the shade of teeth that have become discolored over time due to factors such as tea, coffee, or smoking. When performed under professional supervision in a clinical setting, whitening can be safely applied without harming the enamel. Controlled, reliable products are used during the procedure, and several shades of improvement can be achieved depending on tooth structure and color. A prior examination is necessary to assess gum health and check for cavities. Temporary sensitivity may occur after whitening but usually subsides quickly. The long-term stability of results depends on oral hygiene and lifestyle habits.
Scaling
(Tartar
Removal)
Dental scaling (detartrage) involves removing hardened plaque deposits (tartar) from the tooth surfaces using special ultrasonic devices. Because plaque and tartar buildup can lead to gum recession, bleeding, and bad breath, regular cleaning is essential. Scaling is not just a cosmetic procedure—it is fundamental for maintaining gum health. After cleaning, tooth surfaces become smoother, making it harder for new plaque to accumulate. Regular scaling can prevent the progression of gum disease and supports overall oral health.
